記電極と対向する位置に形成されており、 前記電極のそれぞれは、銀成分を含まないオー
ミツク電極と、引出電極となる銀系電極部分とを
有しており、 前記オーミツク電極は、前記絶縁ギヤツプを画
定するように前記サーミスタ素体の前記両面に形
成されており、 前記銀系電極部分は、前記オーミツク電極上で
あつて前記絶縁ギヤツプと対向する位置に部分的
に設けられており、 前記電極端子部材は、前記銀系電極部分の表面
に接触するように配置されて前記支持部材に取付
けられており、 前記支持部材は、前記絶縁ギヤツプまたは前記
