Claims (1)
電極端子に接続した弾性片からなる1対のピン端
子とを設けた固定部材に、1対の圧電材料を貼合
せて構成したバイモルフ素子の一端を固着し、そ
のバイモルフ素子の両面に前記貼合面を中間にし
て前記ピン端子を挾圧接触せしめたことを特徴と
