複列外輪に設けた給油孔と排油孔の異なつた位相
パターンを示す平面図、第6図は従来の潤滑装置
を示す円錐ころ軸受の縦断正面図、第7図は同上
における給油孔と排油孔の位相パターンを示す平
面図である。 23は軸受、24は複列外輪、25は単列外軸
、26は軸箱、27は円錐ころ、28は内輪、2
9は端部、30は給油孔、31は排油孔、32は
給油通路、33は排油通路、34は環状小径部、
35は油溝。

Claims (1)
- 中央に複列外輪をもつ多列円錐ころ軸受に、軸
箱の給油通路から円錐ころの大端面側へオイルミ
ストの供給を行ない、円錐ころの小端面側から軸
箱の排油通路にオイルミストを排出するようにし
た多列円錐ころ軸受のオイルミスト潤滑装置にお
いて、複列外輪を両端部が単列外輪の端面に達す
る長さに形成し、この両端部にオイルミストの給
油孔と、複列外輪の中央部に排油孔とを各々円周
方向に複数個を設け、前記給油孔と排油孔を円周
方向へ千鳥状に配置したことを特徴とする多列円
錐ころ軸受のオイルミスト潤滑装置。
