一方の極性側に整流し上記電源電圧の異状変動の
有無を含むサンプル信号電圧を形成するための半
波整流回路と、 上記電源電圧を整流する全波整流回路、および
その整流出力を平滑にして基準信号電圧を形成す
るための平滑回路と、 該平滑回路で形成された上記基準信号電圧をし
きい値電圧となし、上記半波整流回路から出力さ
れるサンプル信号電圧を上記しきい値電圧と比較
するコンパレータと、 該コンパレータからの出力をトリガ信号とし該
トリガ信号の入力によつてオンとなり所定時間経
過後オフに反転する第1の単安定マルチバイブレ
ータと、 該単安定マルチバイブレータのオンからオフへ
の反転に応答してオフからオンに転じ所定時間経
過後オフとなる第2の単安定マルチバイブレータ
とを備え、 上記第1の単安定マルチバイブレータの出力に
より上記電源電圧の入力の有無を表示するととも
に、上記第2の単安定マルチバイブレータの出力
により上記電源電圧に含まれる異状変動の有無を
表示することを特徴とする電源電圧の異状変動監
視装置。 (2) 上記第1の単安定マルチバイブレータの立
ち上がりから立ち下がりまでの所定時間tは被
監視用電源電圧の周波数に応じて切り換えられ、
かつ、1サイクルの時間を中心として可変である
