たマグネツトと、前記シリンダの外周部の前記移
動部材の行程端部に対応する位置に配設され、前
記マグネツトに感応する磁気センサとを有するこ
とを特徴とするアクチユエータのピストン位置検
出装置。 (2) 移動部材が、端部にピストンが形成された
ラツクであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求

位置検出装置。 (3) アクチユエータが、往復運動するラツクに
噛合されるピニオンを介して軸体のトルクを得る
