た流体圧によつて変位される前記駆動体に、前記
被駆動体が同伴されて変位される磁石式シリンダ
装置であつて、前記シリンダチユーブの外周方向
、または内周方向の少なくとも一方の形状が非真
円形状に形成されていることを特徴とする磁石式
