2シリンダの内部においてそれぞれの軸方向に変
位自在に収容されたピストンと、該各ピストンと
係止されて本体外部に突出され、かつ連結機構に
より互いにその軸方向への変位が連動されるピス
トンロツドとを備えたシリンダ装置であつて、前
記第2シリンダのピストンまたはピストンロツド
の中間位置検出機能を備えた位置検出機構を該第
2シリンダに設け、該ピストンまたはピストンロ
ツドの変位位置に対応する前記位置検出機構の検
出信号により、前記第1シリンダのピストンの変
位位置が制御されることを特徴とするシリンダ装
置。 2 前記第1シリンダへの流体圧給排経路に比例
制御弁が接続され、該比例制御弁が、前記位置検
出機構の検出信号により制御されることを特徴と
する請求項1記載のシリンダ装置。
