Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish the automation of reversing and accumulating work by pressing every designated number side end to reverse a box on the longitudinal axis, and accumulating a designated number of boxes with the lateral position thereof properly arranged on a conveyer for transferring a box with a difference in lateral thickness. CONSTITUTION:At a reversing portion 30, belt conveyers 31, 32, 33 are disposed V-shaped, in which a box C fed from a feed-out portion 10 is positioned at the center, and transferred with one end thereof on the conveyer 31 having guide plates 33 on both sides and one surface thereof supported by one of the conveyers 32, 32. At one side of the conveyers 32, push-down means 35 driven by an air cylinder 34 is provided to push the upper end of the transferred box C to be hooked on a guide rod 36, and the box C is reversed on a longitudinal axis. The push-down means 35 is operated at every designated number according to detection of a photo sensor 37, and the box C is put flatwise on an aligning portion 50, with the bottom thereof directed to left or right according to reversing or non-reversing and transferred.

The one-touch box is sent out as a completed product in a folded state from a box-making machine, and then the boxes are usually stacked to a size of about 10 sheets in diameter and tied up using a bundling machine. Since the folded one-touch box is folded internally at the bottom, this part is thicker than the other parts.If you stack the boxes as they are, the top surface will slope significantly, making it difficult to stack the bundled items. Therefore, as shown in Figure 11 (: 5), half of the two-phase boxes are completely inverted, stacked, and bundled. Conventionally, this work of inverting the boxes was all done manually. ing.

That is, the present invention receives a box that is sent out after being folded in the front and back direction (: shape with different thickness) from a box making machine, and folds the box in the transverse direction (C: state with different thickness) in a direction perpendicular to this sending direction. There is a delivery section that sends out the boxes one by one, and a conveyor that transfers the boxes from this delivery section.The box is detected and every predetermined number of boxes is pushed near the side edge of the box and reversed around the front and back direction. A reversing section provided with a push-down tool, a conveyor for transporting boxes that have passed through this reversing section (:, an alignment section provided with a guide body to align the positions in the width direction, and a stacking and counting system for stacking and counting boxes that have passed through this alignment section) This is a box reversing device consisting of a stacking device that stacks a predetermined number of sheets and then sends them out.

□1 The conveyor 11 runs in a direction perpendicular to the product delivery direction of the box making machine A. On this belt conveyor 11 (secondly, a hopper 12 is provided, and the bottom part is directed forward from the box making machine A,
That is, in the front-to-back direction C: the boxes C folded into shapes with different thicknesses and sent out are received and accumulated. A zero gap 13 is formed at the lower end of this hopper 12 on the side in the running direction of the belt conveyor, from which the boxes C pass one by one and are transferred and sent out in the lateral direction C: in states of different thicknesses. This hopper 12
At the bottom is a hopper 12 driven by an air cylinder 14.

is provided. A limit switch 16 is provided on the side of the hopper 12 to detect the amount of boxes in the hopper 12.
When the amount falls below a certain amount, the stopper 15 is activated to keep more than a certain amount of boxes C accumulated in the hopper 12, thereby stabilizing the delivery of the boxes C. In addition, the boxes C sent out from the hopper 12 are detected and counted by the original sensor 17, and the stopper 15 is operated for a certain period of time every 10 sheets, for example, for each preset number of stacked sheets, thereby increasing the interval between the boxes C to be sent out. to secure the sending time of the accumulation section 70, which will be described later. This operation is shown in the flowchart of FIG.

This inverting and accumulating device has the above structure and operation! Therefore, the boxes sent out from the back box machine Aρ) are stacked in the stacking unit 70 after some of the boxes are inverted in the inverting unit 30, and the top side is stacked. It is sent out in a shape parallel to the bottom surface. Therefore, by immediately tying them up using a tying machine, it is possible to form packages that can be stacked freely and have an appropriate shape.

It is also possible to move the guide body of the stacking section and push the stacked boxes to correct the overall shape. However, if the correction section is provided separately as in the above embodiment, the stacking section can send out the boxes immediately after stacking the boxes and start stacking the next box, which makes it possible to speed up the operation.
Furthermore, after straightening, the box can be sent out at a relatively slow speed that matches the operation of the binding machine, which is advantageous.

Furthermore, in the reversing device of the above embodiment, a structure is used in which boxes are stored in a hopper and sent out one by one from the lower end by a belt conveyor. Any other structure may be used as long as the boxes do not overlap one by one (or the boxes can be sent out in a direction perpendicular to the sending direction of the box machine. However, any structure can be used in the above embodiments. The delivery unit is small and highly reliable, and is therefore particularly suitable for the apparatus of the present invention.Furthermore, this delivery unit is capable of delivering boxes continuously without large gaps, and is capable of delivering boxes as described above. 5 has a stopper that temporarily stops the delivery of boxes, and can be operated to widen the interval between delivery of boxes for each number of boxes to be stacked. This prevents malfunctions in the stacking section (speeding up the work). It is possible.

As described above, the box reversing device of the present invention automates the work of reversing and stacking boxes after manufacturing the boxes with the backing machine and before using the binding machine.As a result, the process from backing boxes to packing is automated. It completes complete automation and is of great help to the box manufacturing industry.

[Claims] 1. Receive a box folded into shapes with different thicknesses in the front-rear direction from a box-making machine and send it out, and in a direction perpendicular to the sending direction,
There is a delivery section that sends out boxes one by one with different thicknesses in the lateral direction, and a conveyor that transfers the boxes from this delivery section. an inverting section provided with a pushing tool to push and invert the boxes around the front-rear direction; and an aligning section provided with a guide body for aligning the boxes in the width direction on a conveyor that transfers the boxes after passing through the inverting section. A box inverting and stacking device includes a stacking section that stacks and counts the boxes that have passed through the alignment section, stacks a predetermined number of boxes, and then sends them out. 2. In the box reversal stacking device according to claim 1, the boxes sent out from the stacking section are received, and guide bodies are applied to both sides of the boxes to correct the overall shape of the stacked boxes. , a box reversing and stacking device characterized by adding a correction section for sending out after this. 3. In the box inverting and stacking device according to claim 1 or 2, the boxes from the box making machine are stacked in a hopper on a belt conveyor, and the boxes are sent out one by one from the gap at the lower end of the hopper. A box inverting and stacking device characterized by using a sending section that 4. In the box reversing and stacking device according to claim 3, a stopper is provided at the bottom of the hopper of the delivery section to lift the stacked boxes and stop the delivery of the boxes, and the number of delivered boxes is counted;
A box reversing and stacking device characterized by using a sending section which operates this stopper for each number of boxes to be stacked to temporarily stop sending out the boxes, and sends out the boxes at high speed while securing the sending time of the stacking section.
