各ffl[11間の移載機構が複雑になる為処理途中で
の郵便物の崩れジャムの可能性が大きく、信頼性にも問
題を生じ易い。

らに結束機構19はエレベータ機構20の上昇部分に設
けられ熱浴着性の結束フィルム13、ヒートシール・カ
ット機構14等により構成される。熱浴着性の結束フィ
ルム13はエレベータ機構20の積載プレート21の停
止ti、1Mの下方にエレベータ機構20を水平に横切

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 複数の縦方向に配首され九搬送コンベヤ上を搬送されて
来る紙葉類を結束して排出コンベヤへ送p出す装置に於
いて、実質的に水平を保って複数の積載プレートが所定
の間隔をおいて循環するエレベータ機構と、前記搬送コ
ンベヤで搬送されてくる紙葉類を前記エレベータ機構の
積載プレートに移載する第一の移載機構と、前記エレベ
ータ機構の一部で前記積載プレートの通過位曹と交差す
る様水平に張設され前記積載プレート上の郵便物を包み
込む連続供給される熱溶着性結束フィルムと、結束フィ
ルムの張設位置の近傍に設けられ前記積載プレートの通
過時にはエレベータ機構の両側方に待避し積載プレート
の停止時には前記積載プレート上の紙葉類を包み込んだ
前記結束フィルムを溶着するとともに切り離す左右一対
のヒートン→・カット機構と、前記結束フィルムで包ま
れた紙葉類を前記排出コンベヤへ移す第二の移載機構と
を具備することを特徴とする紙業類の処理装置。
