孔形状の具体例を示す断面図である。 １０：成形ダイス、１２：ダイス孔、１４：下
パンチ、１８：上パンチ、２０：ホツパ、２２：
原料粉末、２４：フイーダ、２６：バイブレータ
、２８：振動伝達棒（振動伝達部材）、３０，３
２：粉末成形品、３４：圧縮成形部、３６：原料
粉末誘導部。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ダイス孔内で上下のパンチにより粉末圧縮成形
を行う圧縮成形プレス型の前記ダイス孔内へ、ホ
ツパに収容された所定の原料粉末を、中空のフイ
ーダに通じてそのダイス孔の上側開口部周辺から
落とし込んで供給する装置において、 前記フイーダまたはホツパに、少なくともその
フイーダ全体を振動させるバイブレータを取り付
けると共に、該フイーダの内壁面に、その内壁面
から該フイーダ内部における原料粉末のブリツジ
が生じ易い部位に向つて延びる振動伝達部材を固
定し、かかる振動伝達部材によつて前記フイーダ
の振動を該フイーダ内部の前記ブリツジの生じ易
い部位へ伝達するようにしたことを特徴とする圧
縮成形プレス型への原料粉末供給装置。
