Natural oil sand (trade name) is known as a paving soil with the above-mentioned functions. This natural oil sand is earth and sand containing heavy oil that is naturally produced near oil wells in the Akita and Niigata regions, which are oil fields in Japan. By mixing local masa soil and compacting it on the target ground, a court for transporting tennis courts and the like with the above-mentioned functions is obtained.

The present invention utilizes the heavy oil sludge containing the waste oil that is deposited at the bottom of the oil tank, which is generated when cleaning the oil tank, which is a popular item at present, to remove the above-mentioned natural oil. The aim is to provide an alternative to sand, such as oil sand.

1. The procedure for producing this paving soil will be explained using the attached flow sheet. First, heavy oil such as oil sand deposited in an oil tank is mixed with earth and sand containing clay minerals that react with heavy oil to form an organic complex, and a part of the above clay mineral and heavy oil are mixed. A mixture of earth, sand, heavy oil, and organic complex is mixed with water in a mortar mixer, and if necessary, clay material is added. Then, the mixture is mixed again and grown to form a semi-consolidated body. This training period is 3 in the summer.
~7 days, 7 to 14 days in spring/autumn, 10 to 45 days in winter (
(adjust the length depending on the temperature). This semi-solidified material is roughly crushed with a crushing press, then crushed with a crusher and sieved with a 511m sieve, and coarse particles are crushed again and the bottom of the sieve is replaced with the above-mentioned natural oil sand. Use artificial paving soil.

Sediment 40-60% Heavy oil 10-20% Organic composite 3-5% Cement 20-30% Cement solidifying agent 5-10% The oil content of this paving soil is best between 10-20%.
15 to 30% of this soil is mixed with 70 to 85% of high-quality tennis court soil such as masa top during construction, and the mixture is usually placed on the ground that has been leveled in advance as a tennis court site.
If it is laid to a thickness of CI11 and rolled, it will become the desired tennis court.

The tennis court thus obtained has a firm surface and good tennis playing conditions, even though it is an earthen court.
It is less likely to hurt the players' legs and back, and since it contains oil, it drains from the surface during rain, making it an all-weather court that dries quickly, making it more efficient to use.Since it has a low moisture content, there is no risk of damage from frost, and it also prevents weeds. It forms a good coat that does not grow. In addition, as mentioned above, it is possible to freely create an artificial substitute for natural oil sand during construction, which saves transportation costs, and oil sludge from heavy oil tanks, which requires waste acid, can be used as an effective raw material. It is also effective from the viewpoint of protecting usable resources, and its use is wide, not only on muddy tennis courts but also on various sports courts, park sidewalks, and outdoor areas of ordinary households. If a part of the paving soil is damaged by wear, it can be easily repaired by scraping up the part, adding new paving soil of the above-mentioned composition, and rolling it again to solidify it.

In addition, as mentioned above, the raw materials such as sand and oil are readily available and inexpensive materials throughout the country, and are useful for making excellent athletic courts that are not only inexpensive to construct, but also require little effort on daily maintenance. It is something.
