The present invention utilizes the slurry of heavy oil containing the waste oil deposited at the bottom of the oil tank, which is generated when cleaning the oil tank, which is currently a waste of oil, and uses the above-mentioned natural oil. The aim is to provide an alternative to sand, such as oil sand.

The clay minerals contained in the potting soil are reacted with a portion of the heavy oil to artificially produce an organic complex, and the presence of this organic complex provides the ease required for a paving soil equivalent to natural oil sand. It has solidification properties, the necessary hardness, and water repellency.

The manufacturing procedure for this paving soil will be explained using the attached flow sheet. First, heavy oil such as oil sand deposited in an oil tank is mixed with earth and sand containing clay minerals that react with heavy oil to form an organic complex, and a part of the above clay mineral and heavy oil are mixed. A mixture of earth, sand, heavy oil, and organic complex is mixed with cement and a cement-based solidifying agent in a mortar mixer, and if necessary, a clay material is added. was added and mixed again to form a semi-solidified material. This cultivation period requires 3 to 7 days in summer, 7 to 14 days in spring and autumn, and 10 to 45 days in winter (the length is adjusted depending on the temperature). This semi-consolidated state is roughly crushed using a crushing press, then crushed using a crusher, and sieved at a 5-inch mesh height.
The coarse material is crushed again and the bottom of the sieve is used as an artificial paving soil to replace the natural oil sand.

Sediment 40-60% Heavy oil 10-20% Organic composite 3-5% Cement 20-30% Cement solidifying agent 5-10% The oil content of this paving soil is best between 10-20%.
15 to 30% of this soil is mixed with 70 to 85% of high-quality tennis court soil such as masa soil at the time of construction, and the mixture is placed on the ground that has been leveled in advance as a tennis court site.
If it is laid to a thickness of c11+ and compacted, the desired tennis court will be obtained.

The tennis court thus obtained has a firm surface and good tennis playing conditions, even though it is an earthen court, and since it is an earthen court, it has an appropriate amount of slippage.
It is less likely to hurt the players' legs and back, and since it contains oil, it drains from the surface during rain, making it an all-weather court that dries quickly, making it more efficient to use.Since it has a low moisture content, there is no risk of damage from frost, and it also prevents weeds. It becomes a good coat that does not get wet. In addition, as mentioned above (during construction, it is possible to freely create artificial materials to replace natural oil sand, which saves transportation costs, and oil sludge from heavy oil tanks that require waste acid can be used as an effective raw material). It can be used as a 5F source and is effective in terms of protection, and its use is wide, not only on tennis courts but also on various sports courts, sidewalks in parks, outdoor areas in general households, etc. If a portion of the paving soil is later damaged by wear, it can be easily repaired by scraping up the portion, adding new paving soil of the above-mentioned composition, and rolling it again to solidify it.

In addition, as mentioned above, the raw materials such as sand and oil are readily available and inexpensive materials throughout the country, and are useful for making excellent athletic courts that are not only inexpensive to construct, but also require little effort on daily maintenance. It is something.
