Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明の平頂容器が、従来の切妻屋根頂部容器の場合に
比較して出荷及び陳列に際し一層容易に積重ね得る事は
明らかである。
本発明の平頂蓋が、２つの持上げタブと、注ぎ口の３つ
のパネル部分の内側及び外側表面及び隣接する外側頂部
閉じパネルの内側表面上の要所に形成された接着材模様
とによってよ少簡単に開封され得る事も又、明らかであ
る。接着材模様の開封を特徴とする特性は、注ぎ口端部
の自由切辺と平行しての部分削除部及び／或いは適当な
シール材が充填された型押し部の様な追加的な特徴によ
って助成され得る。
以上本発明を実施例に基いて説明したが、本発明の内で
多くの変更を為し得る事を銘記されたい。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、筒状胴部を有し且つ２つの相対する折込みパネルと
    ２つの相対する外側閉じパネルとを具備して成る液体収
    納運搬用紙容器の為の平頂端蓋にして、前記２つの相対
    する折込みパネルの各々が、収斂する斜行折目線によつ
    て画成され且つ前記筒状胴部に一体的に結合された実質
    的に三角形のパネル部分と、前記実質的に三角形のパネ
    ル部分と隣接する夫々の外側閉じパネルとの間に一体的
    に結合され且つ折畳まれた一対の折返しパネルとを含み
    、前記２つの相対する外側閉じパネルが、一つの短寸外
    側閉じパネルと一つの長寸外側閉じパネルにして、該長
    寸外側閉じパネルの縁部が前記短寸外側閉じパネルの縁
    部に上被し、また各々のパネルがそれらの表面に形成さ
    れた開成助成用の斜行折目線にして、前記収斂する斜行
    折目線の夫々に重なる斜行折目線を有する一つの短寸外
    側閉じパネルと一つの長寸外側閉じパネルと、前記上被
    する長寸外側閉じパネルの前記開成助成用の斜行折目線
    に隣接する部分及び前記長寸外側閉じパネルに一体的に
    結合された下側の折返しパネルを持上げる為の前記長寸
    外側閉じパネルの側方縁部に形成された第１の持上げタ
    ブと、前記下側の折畳みパネルを注ぎ口と為すのを助成
    する為、前記折返しパネル及び前記上被する短寸外側閉
    じパネルの前記開成助成用の斜行折目線に隣接する部分
    を持上げる為に前記折返しパネルの一方に形成された第
    ２の持上げタブとを有する平頂端蓋にして、適宜の接着
    材の第１の層が前記第２の持上げタブの外側全表面及び
    前記下側の折込みパネルの前記折返しパネルの他方の外
    側縁部の直ぐ近くの領域を除く外側全表面に塗布され、
    そして前記適宜の接着材の第２の層が、前記下側の折込
    みパネルにおける前記折返しパネルの内側表面及び前記
    各々の外側閉じパネルの前記折返しパネルにおける前記
    下側の折込みパネルと前記夫々の開成助成用の斜行折目
    線との中間の内側表面に塗布した事を特徴とする平頂端
    蓋。 ２、短寸外側閉じパネルの端部に折重ねパネル部分が形
    成され、該折重ねパネル部分に下側の前記短寸外側閉じ
    パネルの開成助成用の折目線と整列する様にして逆方向
    の開成助成用の斜行折目線が形成され、該逆方向の開成
    助成用の斜行折目線の中間点から第２の持上げタブの隣
    接する縁部分にかけての前記折重ねパネル部分の内側表
    面に第１の直線状部分削除部が形成され、そして前記折
    返しパネルの一方の外側表面に第２の直線状部分削除部
    が形成され、折返しパネルの一方の外側縁部にすぐ隣り
    あつて接着材を塗布しない領域を画成して成る特許請求
    の範囲第１項記載の平頂端蓋。 ３、適宜な接着材の層が、折重ねパネルに於て、第１の
    直線状部分削除部と、開成助成用の逆方向の斜行折目線
    と、隣接する第２の持上げタブの縁部分とによつて境界
    づけられる領域と、短寸外側閉じパネル上の開成助成用
    の斜行折目線と一方の折返しパネルとの中間部分との内
    側表面に塗布される特許請求の範囲第２項記載の平頂端
    蓋。 ４、上被する長寸外側閉じパネルの、開成助成用の斜行
    折目線と、第１の持上げタブが他方の折返しパネルの自
    由切辺と実質的に整列状態で形成された側方縁部との間
    部分の内側表面を横断してシーラント材が塗布されて成
    る特許請求の範囲第１項記載の平頂端蓋。 ５、型押し部が、上被する長寸外側閉じパネルのシーラ
    ント材の領域部分に形成され、前記シーラント材は前記
    型押し部に充填されて成る特許請求の範囲第４項記載の
    平頂端蓋。 ６、筒状胴部を有し且つ２つの相対する折込みパネルと
    ２つの相対する外側閉じパネルとを具備して成る液体収
    納運搬用紙容器の為の平頂端蓋にして、前記２つの相対
    する折込みパネルの各々が、収斂する斜行折目線によつ
    て画成され且つ前記筒状胴部に一体的に結合された実質
    的に三角形のパネル部分と、前記実質的に三角形のパネ
    ル部分と隣接する夫々の外側閉じパネルとの間に一体的
    に結合され且つ折畳まれた一対の折返しパネルとを含み
    、前記２つの相対する外側閉じパネルが、一つの短寸外
    側閉じパネルと一つの長寸外側閉じパネルにして、該長
    寸パネルの縁部が前記短寸パネルの縁部に上被し、また
    各々のパネルがそれらの表面に形成された開成助成用の
    斜行折目線にして前記収斂する斜行折目線の夫々に重な
    る斜行折目線を有する一つの短寸外側閉じパネルと一つ
    の長寸外側閉じパネルと、前記上被する長寸外側閉じパ
    ネルの前記開成助成用の斜行折目線に隣接する部分と前
    記長寸外側閉じパネルに一体的に結合された下側の折返
    しパネルとを持上げる為の前記長寸外側閉じパネルの側
    方縁部に形成された第１の持上げタブと、前記下側の折
    畳みパネルを注ぎ口と為すのを助勢する為、前記折返し
    パネルと前記上被する短寸外側閉じパネルの前記開成助
    成用の斜行折目線に隣接する部分とを持上げる為に前記
    折返しパネルの一方に形成された第２の持上げタブとを
    有する平頂端蓋にして、適宜の接着材の第１の層が前記
    第２の持上げタブの外側全表面及び前記下側の折込みパ
    ネルの前記折返しパネルの他方の外側縁部の直ぐ近くの
    領域を除く外側全表面に塗布され、そして前記適宜の接
    着材の第２の層が、前記下側の折込みパネルにおける前
    記折返しパネルの内側表面及び前記各々の外側閉じパネ
    ルの前記折返しパネルにおける前記下側の折込みパネル
    と前記夫々の開成助成用の斜行折目線との中間の内側表
    面に塗布され、短寸外側閉じパネルの端部に折重ねパネ
    ル部分が形成され、該折重ねパネル部分に、下側の前記
    短寸外側閉じパネルの開成助成用の折目線と整列する様
    にして逆方向の開成助成用の斜行折目線が形成され、該
    逆方向の開成助成用の斜行折目線の中間点から第２の持
    上げタブの隣接する縁部にかけての前記折重ねパネル部
    分の内側表面に第１の直線状部分削除部が形成され、そ
    して前記折返しパネルの一方の外側表面に第２の直線状
    部分削除部が形成され、折返しパネルの一方の外側縁部
    のすぐ隣りあつて接着材を塗布しない領域を画成し、上
    被する長寸外側閉じパネルの、開成助成用の斜行折目線
    と、第１の持上げタブが他方の折返しパネルの自由切辺
    と実質的に整列状態で形成された側方縁部との間部分の
    内側表面を横断してシーラント材が塗布され、型押し部
    が、上被する長寸外側閉じパネルのシーラント材の領域
    部分に形成され、前記シーラント材は前記型押し部に充
    填されていることを特徴とする平頂端蓋。 ７、適宜な接着材の層が、折重ねパネルに於て、第１の
    直線状部分削除部と、開成助成用の逆方向の斜行折目線
    と、隣接する第２の持上げタブの縁部分とによつて境界
    づけられる領域と、短寸外側閉じパネル上の開成助成用
    の斜行折目線と一方の折返しパネルとの中間部分との内
    側表面に塗布される特許請求の範囲第６項記載の平頂端
    蓋。
