素子と前記球レンズとの光軸合わせと焦点距離合わせを
行った後、前記発光素子が装着してある発光素子ホルダ
にあらかじめ固定してある球レンズホルダ固定治具に固
着した構成とじてあることを特徴とする偏波面保存光フ
