- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 微細ピツチの導通端子間を、異方性導電膜
を間にはさむことにより電気的に接続する実装方
式において、異方性導電膜の押さえ構造に断面が
カマボコ形状のゴム体を用いることを特徴とする
微細パターンの接続構造。 (2) 液晶パネルの微細ピツチパターンの実装に
前記異方性導電膜を使うことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の微細パターンの接
続構造。 (3) 液晶表示パネルの実装において、前記ゴム
体の固定及び表示パネルのワイヤーボンデイング
等の保護を、一体成型のプラスチツク固定枠で兼
用することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の微細パターンの接続構造。
