送し停止する。第4工程は空パレット7を搭載したケー
ジ1は上昇限まで上昇し停止する。引続き搬送機4bの
走行装置4dが作動して目的地まで搬送する。第5工程
は昇降装置4Gが作動しケージ1が下降点まで下降し停
止する。この時点で空パレット7はライン上面で保持さ
れてケージ1の保持部1aから完全に離れる。第6エ程
は搬送切替ライン5が正回動して空パレット7はケージ
1外に搬送され、更に空パレットプールライン6へ進行
される。空パレットプールライン6が正回動して搬送さ
