る接続点を有する第2の直列回路と、上記第1の
直列回路の接続点にエミツタが接続され、上記第
2の直列回路の接続点にベースが接続され、上記
電源電圧の変化によつてオン、オフするトランジ
スタとを備え、上記電源電圧が所定の設定電圧以
下に低下したときリセツト信号を発生することを
特徴とする電圧検出リセツト回路。 (2) トランジスタをPNPトランジスタで構成
