Claims (1)
- 支持部材と、該支持部材に回転自在に支持され
内周側に内歯車が設けられたハウジングと、該ハ
ウジングを回転駆動すべく前記支持部材に設けら
れた回転源と、該回転源の出力回転を減速してハ
ウジングに伝達するため、太陽歯車、該太陽歯車
と前記内歯車とに噛合する遊星歯車、該遊星歯車
を支持するキヤリアからなる複数段の減速歯車機
構とを備え、最終段以外のキヤリアは当該段の遊
星歯車の公転のみを次段の太陽歯車に伝達するた
め次段の太陽歯車と噛合し、最終段のキヤリアは
前記支持部材によつて軸方向、回転方向に位置決
めされ、かつ１段目の太陽歯車は前記ハウジング
の底蓋によつて軸方向に位置決めされ、最終段の
太陽歯車は当該段のキヤリアによつて軸方向に位
置決めされてなる遊星歯車減速装置において、次
段の太陽歯車に公転のみを伝えるキヤリアと当該
段の太陽歯車との間に皿ばねを介挿したことを特
徴とする遊星歯車減速装置。
