Claims (1)
- 処理すべき材料用の容器を備え、前記容器はカ
バーによつて閉じられ、内径を約１６０mmとし、
容器底部からカバーまでの内部高さを約１１５mm
とし、容器内で工具が所定の公称速度で回転し、
前記工具は２個の軸方向で位置のずれたカツター
刃を支持するほぼ円筒状ホルダを備え、前記カツ
ター刃は互いに１８０°離間しており、容器の底
部に接近して延在し、各々が切断縁を有しており
、前記切断縁は円弧に沿つてホルダから容器壁よ
り若干の距離を隔てた所まで延在し、前記円弧は
所定の半径をもち、円弧の中心はホルダの軸より
所定距離をおいた点に位置する如き電気モータに
より駆動する調理器において、毎分約１０００回
転の工具の公称速度と、前記各カツター刃の切断
縁を構成するために切断縁から切断縁までのカツ
ター刃間に設けた軸方向の位置ずれに対して、前
記円弧の半径を約９０mmとし、前記ホルダの軸線
から前記円弧の中心までの距離を約５２mmとした
ことを特徴とする電気モータにより駆動する調理
器。
