Claims (1)
- 果物、野菜類の皮むき器のハンドル先端両側に
間隔をおいて一対の取付部を突設し、この取付部
の先端両側に刃先角の異なる第１，２刃体を対向
して所定角度揺動自在に架設し、かつ上記第１，
２刃体の刃先側に各々果物、野菜類の皮逃げ孔を
形成する案内板を設けることを特徴とする皮むき
器。
