け、ロアーシヤフト又はアツパーシヤフトの筒体
を固着しない側と摺動部材とを、筒体を貫くピン
とガイド孔とによつて係合せしめると共に、摺動
部材の両端と、これに対面する軸方向に固定され
た部材との間にバネ手段を設けたことを特徴とす
