Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上下階を貫通する孔部を設け、この孔部に、不使
    用時に折り畳まれてこの孔部内に収納され、使用時には
    その直下の階まで伸張降下する避難梯子を設けるととも
    に、この孔部の少なく、　　　とも上端開口部を開閉す
    る上蓋を設けて成る建物用避難装置において、自由端部
    に取手本体を有するとともに、その上端方に長孔を穿設
    し、かつ、基端を上記孔部の内側に枢着する起立リンク
    と、下端を上蓋に枢着する第１のリンク片の他端と、中
    間を上記孔部の内側に枢着して回転支点とするとともに
    、一端を孔部の内側に設−けられ、かつ、上記回転支点
    を中心とする円弧状案内溝内に摺動可能に嵌装した第２
    のリンク片の他端とを連結してなる操作リンクと、上記
    起立リンクの長孔内に一端を摺動可能に嵌装するととも
    に、他端を上記第２のリンク片の一端に枢着した支持リ
    ンクとを有してなることを特徴とする建物用避難装置に
    おける取手。
  2. （２）前記円弧状案内溝における前記上蓋開閉中心から
    離れた位置の端部に、前記支持リンクと第２のリンク片
    の枢着部と係合し得る係止手段を設け、この係止手段に
    より前記支持リンクによる前記起立リンクの起立保持及
    び前記第１及び第２のリンク片による上蓋の開放保持を
    行わせるよ゛うにしたこと含む実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の建物用避難装置における取手。
