    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 開閉自在な脱出用開口を備えかつビルの窓枠や
    ベランダ等に固着される台座部と、一端が地上ま
    たは階下の台座部上に位置しかつ他端を脱出用開
    口近傍に枢動自在に連結される台座部に内蔵され
    た避難用梯子または避難用滑り台と、避難用梯子
    または避難用滑り台の前記一端側を係脱自在に保
    持するよう台座部に配設された係合部材とから構
    成されることを特徴とするデツキ内蔵式避難装置
    。
