ファラデー素子、■・・・磁界発生手段、ＢＳ・・・ハ
ーフミラ−１ＰＭ・・・光電変換手段、Ａ・・・差動増
幅器、ＰＡ・・・駆動回路。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）外部磁界によって入射レーザの偏波面が回転変化
    するファラデー素子と、前記外部磁界を発生する磁界発
    生手段と、該磁界発生手段を付勢する駆動回路と、前記
    ファラデー素子の出力を受ける偏光板と、該偏光板を通
    過したレーザの一部を受光し光電変換する光電変換手段
    と、該光電変換手段の出力電圧と基準電圧との差に対応
    した信号で前記駆動回路を駆動する差動増幅器を具備し
    、前記光電変換手段の出力電圧が基準電圧に等しくなる
    ように前記ファラデー素子に印加する磁界を制御するこ
    とにより、前記偏光板通過後の偏光レーザにおける光強
    度を安定化するようにしたことを特徴とするレーザ光源
    安定化装置。
  2. （２）前記ファラデー素子として平面板の両面に振幅反
    射率が実質的に１になるように誘電体多層膜をコーティ
    ングし、入射レーザがこの平面板の板内で複数回の繰返
    し反射を行った後射出するように構成されたファラデー
    ローテータを使用することを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のレーザ光源安定化装置。
