Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a rearview mirror tiltable crosswise in all directions in a simple manner, by attaching a rocker shaft rockably to an setting shaft, while installing the rearview mirror in the front side of the rocker shaft free of rocking motion by means of a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A setting shaft 3 arranging from an upper wall 16 of a lower wall 1c of a mirror body 1 is extendedly installed. A sideward rocker shaft 4 orthogonal with the setting shaft 3 at a central part of the setting shaft 3 is attached to the front side of the setting shaft 3 via a bearing 5, and with this bearing 5, the rocker shaft 4 is made so as to be rocked in a right-angled direction to the setting shaft 3 in design. A rearview mirror 7 is inset inside a mirror housing whose front is opened, and when an angle with the lateral direction of the rearview mirror 7 is adjusted, the rocker shaft 4 is to be rocked in the right-angled direction to the setting shaft 3. In order to adjust the angle in a vertical direction, it takes place as being rocked by a bearing 9 at both ends of the rocker shaft 4 and then the rearview mirror 7 is titled before and behind in a vertical direction.

Conventionally, when a rear endoscope is provided in a mirror body so as to be tiltable, a bracket provided in the mirror body (a) (b) is provided with a spherical convex portion (C) extending forward as shown in Fig. 1. and a mounting portion (g) having a recess (f) corresponding to the shape of the convex portion (C) at the rear of the mirror housing (e) into which the rear endoscope (d) is fitted; The convex portion (C) is fitted into the concave portion (f) of the attachment portion (g), thereby allowing the rear endoscope (d) to be held tiltably within the mirror body (a). However, in this case, the backsight a (d
) to prevent it from easily coming off from inside the mirror body (a), so that the fit between the recess (f) and the convex part (C) is strong, so a large force is required to tilt the rear scope (d). It was necessary to add For this reason, when tilting the rear endoscope (d) using a motor, etc., a large motor with high output must be used, which increases manufacturing costs and lining costs, and makes the motor, etc. expensive. )
This caused a problem in that it became larger than necessary and became a nuisance.

This invention was made to solve the above problem, and includes a mounting shaft and a swinging shaft that is perpendicular to the mounting shaft and is swingable in a mirror body in which a rear endoscope is installed. A rear endoscope is swingably attached to a shaft so that the rear endoscope can be easily tilted back and forth in both vertical and horizontal directions.

In the example shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, in the hollow interior (1a) of this mirror body (1), the upper wall (1b) of the mirror body (1) to the lower wall (IC
), and a horizontal swing shaft (4) perpendicular to the mounting shaft (3) is installed in the center of the mounting shaft (3) through a bearing (5). This bearing t5J allows the swing shaft (4) to swing in a direction perpendicular to the mounting shaft (3). ) can be installed either vertically or horizontally, and the mounting shaft (3) is attached to the mirror body (1).
It is also possible to install the swing shaft (4) in the horizontal direction between both side walls of the swing shaft (4), and to provide the swing shaft (4) perpendicular thereto in the vertical direction. Furthermore, the means for providing the swing shaft (4) to swing in a direction perpendicular to the mounting shaft (3) are not limited to the above two means, for example, as shown in FIG. , the mounting shaft (3) and the swing shaft (4) are integrally molded in the shape of a cross, and bearings (6) (6) are provided at both ends of the mounting shaft (3).
) is rotatably installed in the mirror body (1), and as the receiving shaft (3) rotates, the swing shaft (4) moves to the mounting shaft (3).
It is also possible to provide it so as to swing in a direction perpendicular to .

4J is swung in a direction perpendicular to the shaft (3), thereby causing the rear endoscope (
7) is adjusted by tilting it back and forth in the lateral direction. In addition, when adjusting the angle of the rear scope (7) with respect to the vertical direction, that is, the vertical direction, the rear scope (7) can be adjusted using bearings (9) (9) provided at both ends of the swing shaft (4). This is done by swinging about the swing axis (4) and tilting the rear endoscope (7) back and forth in the vertical direction.

As described in detail above, the rear endoscope device according to the present invention has a mounting shaft installed vertically or structurally in one direction within the mirror body, and a swing shaft orthogonal to the mounting shaft relative to the mounting shaft. Since we decided to install the rear scope so that it can swing freely in the right angle direction and also to swing the rear endoscope on the front side of this swing shaft by means of a bearing, we can swing the swing shaft with respect to the mounting shaft. By swinging the reflector against the rear end mirror, the rear endoscope can be tilted back and forth in both the vertical and horizontal directions. In addition, when tilting the rear scope in this way, compared to the conventional case where a spherical convex part and a corresponding concave part are strongly fitted and the rear scope is tilted using that point as a fulcrum, the rear scope is tilted. The endoscope can now be tilted with less force, and the adjustment of the angle of the rear endoscope in both the vertical and structural directions becomes extremely easy.

さらに、後視鏡が弱い力で傾動するようになっているた

Furthermore, since the rearview mirror is designed to be tilted with a weak force, when tilting the rearviewscope using a motor, a small battery-powered motor with low output can suffice. This eliminates the need for the mirror body to become larger than necessary due to a motor or the like.
