Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 溶湯をスリーブ内に注湯した後、該スリーブ内のプラン
    ジャを作動させることにより、前記溶湯を金型内に充填
    するようにした溶湯鍛造装置において、前記スリーブの
    上方部分の内径を他の部分より拡径するとともに、前記
    プランジャの外径を前記スリーブの上方部分の内径より
    小さくして、前記プランジャを用いての前記溶湯の前記
    金型内への充填時に前記スリーブの上方部分と前記プラ
    ンジャとの間に、前記スリーブの内壁面に晶出する凝固
    層の肉厚相当分の間隙が形成されるようにしたことを特
    徴とする溶湯鍛造装置。
