Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金型のキャビティに連通ずる湯口下端部にスリーブ上端
    部を接合させ、スリーブ内の溶湯をプランジャにより湯
    口を介して上記キャビティに充填するようにした縦型鋳
    造機であって、 金型とスリーブの嵌合面を上記湯口端部から下方に向け
    て段階的に広がると共に、上段側の嵌合面から順次嵌合
    する二段以上の段形状とし、上記湯口端部から最も離れ
    た金型とスリーブとの嵌合面間のクリアランスを他のク
    リアランスより小さく設定したことを特徴とする 縦型鋳造機のスリーブ位置決め機構。
