Claims (1)
- 平面状被処理物を閃光放電灯により殺菌する装置であっ
て、−面に照射用の開口が設けられたボックスと、この
開口に配設されたカバーガラスと、ボックス内のミラー
とカバーガラスとの間に配置された閃光放電灯と、ボッ
クスに接続された風胴とを備え、該放電灯の長手方向に
沿って冷却風が送風されるようにしたことを特徴とする
閃光殺菌装置。
