Conventionally, thermosetting resin decorative boards have been produced by impregnating decorative paper and core base paper with thermosetting resin and laminating them and applying pressure at high temperature and pressure, or by impregnating decorative paper with thermosetting resin and applying the same. The conventional method is to heat and press impregnated paper with an inorganic or wood-based substrate to integrate it.

Therefore, an IQ-hoko board with excellent surface properties such as surface hardness, heat resistance, and chemical resistance can be obtained, but the drawback is that it is difficult to adhere to areas with a small radius of curvature, which limits the range of use. In view of these difficulties, the present invention relates to a decorative board in which an Ihikyo sheet that maintains surface performance equivalent to that of a thermosetting resin decorative board and has excellent curved surface workability is attached to various substrates.

In order to use IQ annotation paper or paper, which is normally used for decorative boards, to make IQ sheet for the desired purpose, it is desirable to soak the inside with resin to increase the strength within the layers of the base paper. in this case,
It is well known that impregnation with a thermoplastic dispersion improves the reinforcing effect and flexibility; however, if only the conventional impregnation method is used, the plastic particles will be uniformly dispersed in the cellulose, making it difficult to sew or sew.
Alternatively, during drying, the plastic particles migrate to the outside of the decorative paper or paper, and the internal reinforcing effect is insufficient, resulting in a defect that the center layer is easily torn. A method for completely penetrating the inside of paper with a thermoplastic dispersion is to apply a cationic active liquid to the base paper in advance, or to pre-impregnate the base paper with a polycationic compound, then soak it in an anionic synthetic resin dispersion and dry it. It is known that this can be achieved satisfactorily. In the present invention, decorative paper or paper is coated with a thermoplastic dispersion from one side (preferably the back side) and then dried.

In this case, as mentioned above, the plastic particles are not completely dispersed in all layers of the Nikkei paper, and the desired performance value cannot be obtained in terms of the strength within the base paper. By coating and impregnating the surface layer of the decorative paper (or loose primary reinforcement) obtained in this way with a thermosetting resin and drying, it is possible to improve the intralayer strength of the decorative paper or paper where primary reinforcement is insufficient. This can be achieved by ensuring the required performance as a decorative sheet. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail as follows.

The resin to be coated and impregnated from one side (especially the back side) of the decorative paper or paper for reinforcement is a thermoplastic dispersion of polyacrylate, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl chloride, or polymethacrylate, or an acrylic ester group, or a methacrylic ester group. group and methylmethacrylamide simple substance S
It is a silkable synthetic resin dispersion based on BR and NBR. When these resin dispersions alone require impregnating properties, the impregnating effect can be achieved by using resin dispersions to which an anionic wetting agent is added. The resin dispersion is coated and impregnated from one side (preferably the back side) of decorative paper or paper using a coating dryer, and then heated and dried at 100 to 18,000 ℃ to remove water and at the same time coat the above-mentioned thermoplastic resin. Promote crosslinking and improve the interlayer strength of decorative paper or paper base paper. The in-layer strength of the base paper with only this primary impregnation can only ensure a plane tensile strength of 3 to 5 k9/me. On the other hand, as the resin to be coated and impregnated on the surface layer side, a thermosetting resin such as a far-curing type melamine resin, amino alkyd resin, unsaturated polyester resin, diallyl phthalate resin, etc. is used.

As for the curing agent, curing accelerator, etc., one may be selected that is suitable for the type of resin, heat drying conditions, resin potolife, etc. As for the matting agent, for example, an inorganic powder containing boron oxide may be selected that is suitable for the manufacturing conditions. The thermosetting resin is coated on the surface layer side of decorative paper or paper and at the same time impregnated inside. Thereafter, curing is accelerated by heating and drying at 110° C. to 180 qo. The in-layer strength of the decorative sheet thus obtained is increased to 8k9/ground to 15kg/ground in plane tensile strength. The decorative sheet obtained as described above is flexible and has surface performance equivalent to that of a thermosetting resin decorative board. By adhering the decorative sheet to a base material such as asbestos cement poppy, calcium acid board, pulp-mixed asbestos cement board, plywood, particle board, etc. with an adhesive such as vinyl acetate, acrylic, or ethylene vinyl copolymer. A desired decorative board can be obtained. In particular, when adhering commercially available decorative paper to an inorganic substrate, it is usually necessary to treat the substrate with a special sealer in advance to prevent discoloration due to the alkalinity of the substrate and a decrease in adhesive strength when submerged in water. be. However, as described above, the decorative sheet obtained according to the present invention does not suffer from defects due to alkalinity even without sealer treatment. In particular, the use of ester acrylate, methyl methacrylate, polymethacrylate, SBR, NBR, etc. in the primary co-immersion creates a shielding film against alkali, and is expected to have the effect of eliminating the need for sealer treatment. Typical examples are described below.Example 1 An aqueous dispersion of a modified acrylic acid ester copolymer with excellent self-crosslinking properties, solid content 30%, viscosity 5 ratio p average particle diameter 0.
0.2 part of an anionic wetting agent was added to the 1 to 0.3 mound to prepare a primary impregnating resin.
