    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. センサ内の励磁コイルを交流電源で励磁し、センサの電
    極で検知した交流波形の信号を、その半周期骨を反転し
    た後一定時間間隔でディジタル的にサンプリングし一部
    廟期毎に次のサンプリング時間内にディジタル的に平均
    化演算を行い出力を得るようにし・たことを特徴とする
    電磁式流速計。
