Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電極間信号を交流結合によりその直流成分を除去した後
    −励振周期内における複数の所定のサンプリング点でサ
    ンプリングしてホールドするサンプリングホールド手段
    と、このサンプリングホールド手段にホールドされた複
    数のサンプル値を一定の演算方式に従い演算して流量に
    対応した演算値を求める演算手段と、前記複数のサンプ
    ル値を加算してこの加算値があらかじめ設定した基準値
    よりも小さい場合には前記演算値を出力させる一方前記
    加算値が前記基準値よりも大きい場合には前記演算値を
    出力させない異常出力防止手段とを有することを特徴と
    する電磁流量計。
