Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両側に同一有効面積の測定ダイアフラムが設けられ、本
    体に枢支されたフォースビームとこれら測定ダイアフラ
    ムとがピンによって連結された差圧伝送器の一方の測定
    ダイアフラムに基準圧を加え、他方の測定ダイアフラム
    に受圧ユニットを接続し、この受圧ユニットで受圧した
    圧力を受圧ユニット内の封液を介し前記他方の測定ダイ
    アフラムに加え、これによる前記フォースビームの変位
    に基づき圧力を検出するようにした圧力伝送器において
    、前記ピンの前記フォースビームに対する作用点の位置
    あるいは作用角度を夫々異ならしめ、前記受圧ユニット
    内の封液の温度変化に伴う体積変化の影響を打消す温度
    特性を前記差圧伝送器に持たせたことを特徴とする圧力
    伝送器。
