Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. はぼ中央に流体の通路となる貫通孔を有する基板と、該
    基板の一方の側に一体に固着され、且つ前記基板の貫通
    孔に連通ずる貫通孔を有する取付部と、前記基板の他方
    の側に取り付けられ、且ら前記取付部および基板の貫通
    孔から入ってくる流体の圧力を受けて膨張収縮するダイ
    アフラムと、該ダイアフラムの外側において前記基板の
    他方の側に取り付けられる透明な目盛板とを備え、該目
    盛板は、前記ダイアフラムの膨張時に実質的に当該ダイ
    アフラムが前記目盛板に接触する面積の大きさを示して
    、前記流体の圧力を指示する目盛を有していることを特
    徴とする圧力計。
