    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 汚水槽１と塔３内上方に配設した散水パイプ４とを送水
    ポンプ２を介して連絡し、前詰散水パイ、プ４の下方に
    生物膜を形成する波状板のような広面積のフィン９を有
    する冷却水循環パイプ８を配設し、前記塔３の上方にモ
    ーターファン７を、また前記冷却水循環パイプ８の下方
    に通風部１０をそれぞれ設け、最下方に浄化水貯溜槽１
    ２を設けた冷却塔兼用浄化装置。
