過給圧制御装置の一実施例を適用したターボチャージャ
システムの断面図、第３図は第２図の実施例による過給
圧特性を示す線図、第４図は別の実施例による多段型過
給圧制御の過給圧特性を示す線図である。、 なお図中、１は内燃機関、２は吸気管、３は排気管、４
はターボチャージャ、５はそのタービンホイール、６は
そのコンプレッサインペラ、８はバイパス通路、９はバ
イパス弁、１２はアクチュエータ、１３はその受圧室、
１９は空気通路、２０は第１過給圧導出口、２１は第２
過給圧導出口、２２，２３．２４は導管、２５は三方電
磁弁、２６はサーモスイッチ、２８は冷却水通路をそれ
ぞれ示すものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 排気タービンの排気ガス導入側から分岐して排気ガス排
    出側に連通ずるバイパス通路に設けられたバイパス弁を
    コンプレッサの吐出側空気通路の過給圧の増大に応じて
    開き側に作動させるアクチュエータを備えるターボチャ
    ージャの過給圧制御装置において、 前記空気通路に設けられた圧力分布の異なる複数の過給
    圧導出口と、前記過給圧導出口の各々と導管を介して連
    通ずる入口および前記アクチュエータの受圧室と導管を
    介して連通ずる出口を有する切換弁と、内燃機関の冷却
    水温度にしたがって１つの前記過給圧導出口を選択的に
    前記アクチュエータの受圧室に連通させるように前記切
    換弁の位置を制御する手段とを具備することを特徴とす
    るターボチャージャの過給圧制御装置。
