Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform safe and efficient sheathing, by a method wherein, a strut, having its opposite ends pivotally secured to panel, is arranged between panels positioned opposite to each other, and leaf springs, which restrict relative rotary displacement between the strut and the panels, are provided. CONSTITUTION:When the top ends of panels 2a and 2b, positioned opposite to each other, are pressed against a ground, when, for example, the panel 2b is about to sink deeply, such force is transferred to a strut 4a through a lower mounting member 3b mounted to the panel 2b. Although the strut 4a exerts its force to yield a relative displacement between the panels 2a and 2b, the relative displacement is adsorbed by halves through the elasticity of leaf springs 9b1 and Oa2, and the relative displacement is limited to an angle Q which is within a safety limit. Further, when the panels 2a and 2b are to be pulled off from a ground, pins for 4 leaf springs 9a1, 9b2, 9c1, and 9d2 are removed, and such pulling-off takes place in a condition that the panels 2a and 2b and the strut 4a are folded up.

As shown in FIG. 4, the strut 48 is made up of end receivers 41, 42 at the left and right ends and screw shirts 1 to 43. The tip receiver 41 includes a tip fitting 44 located at the tip and a leg portion 45'b) connected to the rear end. Leg portion 45
Both the screw shirt 1-43 and the screw shirt 1-43 are hollow, and a shaft 46 is inserted between them, and the shaft 46 and the leg portion 45 are connected by a pin 47, and an annular groove 48 is formed at the tip of the shaft 46. A through pin 49 fixed to the screw shaft 43 is inserted into this annular hole 48, and the VX-C shaft 46 and the through pin 49, that is, the screw shaft 43, are structured to allow relative rotation. By replacing the shaft 46 with one of a different length, the relative axial position of the leg portion 45 of the tip receiver 41 and the screw I-71-43 can be changed, thereby making it possible to change the groove. The length of the lower strut 4.a can be roughly adjusted according to the width of the lower strut 4. It is screwed into the female thread formed inside the 50.Therefore, there is a step 1 (J to rotate 71-43, step 1):
Since the L-shaft 43 and the threaded portion of the leg portion 50 of the other tip holder 42 are engaged with each other, relative displacement b' vl is accommodated in the axial direction, so the length of the strut 1 is adjusted according to the change in the width of the groove. You can fine-tune the value.

Each of the eight leaf springs restrains the relative rotational displacement of each of the mounting members and each of the struts, which are in contact with each other at both ends thereof, by a resilient L force, and has a strength of 4rI. Springs 9a1.91) 2.9c1 and 9d2 cooperate to limit the elevation angle of the relative rotational displacement of the two struts I-, 4a, 4b in a positive direction with respect to their centers of rotation.

How to use this earth retaining device configured with J)?
Connect the upper panels 5a and 5b to the lower retaining unit and the connecting fittings at a depth of +1, or use only the lower retaining unit 1- and place it in the excavated trench in the assembled position. stomach. Since it is a stand-alone type, it is good to have 16 keys one after another, but! %7 If the bottom is uneven and you want to embed it by pressing from above, press right panel 5a (or 2a
) and the upper ends of left panel 5b (or 21)) should be pressed evenly so that there is as little difference in height between the left and right sides as possible, but depending on the amount of force applied and the difference in soil quality, the way the left and right panels sink may vary. Even in different cases, the action of the inclination limiting device prevents damage to the earth retaining device, as shown in Figure 5-J:
In other words, if a large force is applied to the panel 211 (5b) and the panel 21) attempts to sink significantly, half of this force will be applied to the strut 4a via the lower mounting member 3b that has been attached to the panel 2b. and the relative displacement between the stocks 1 to 4a (the struts 1 to 4a and the panel 21 at the pivot point to the J member 3b), and the strain at the pivot point M of the strut 4a to the attachment member 3a. Attempts are made to cause relative displacement between the panel 4a and the panel 2a at the same time, but the two leaf springs 9b1
and 9a2, the relative displacement remains at an angle θ within the safety limit of the tilt angle limiting device, and the remaining half of the force applied to the panel 2b is absorbed by the strut h4.
b, and is absorbed by 1/2 by the elasticity of leaf springs 9dl and 9c2, and the relative change (N/
This is because θ also remains at the above-mentioned θ.

Due to the action of such an inclination angle limiting device, even if, for example, an earthen wall on one side of the trench collapses, the earth retaining action is fulfilled, and therefore construction work can proceed safely.

The 1 x 1 corner limiter can also be used to the right when pulling out earth retaining equipment after pipe installation. To pull out the panels, a soil hoop, etc. is attached to the left and right panels, and a crane or other equipment is used to lift them up.
The earth pressure from pressing down and burying it in the soil is mainly applied from the outside. Therefore, by removing the wire rope Japanese hanging rings hung from the left and right panels, etc., we created a difference of 3 arg between the actual lengths of the left and right L'' loops, and then pulled the wire A70-wave upwards. The panel with the shorter actual length of the lobe is likely to be relatively shifted upwards than the other panel, but here, the action of the 11n angle limiter causes the struts 1-4 to
8.4b maintains a state rotated by a certain angle φ from the horizontal, so the gap between the two opposing panels becomes narrower, and the earth pressure from the outside decreases significantly, making it possible to reduce the pulling force. Since the pulled out retaining device P''11 can be placed directly into the trench to be dug, work efficiency is significantly improved.

The valve is placed in a vertical position, with the lower stock being placed vertically. It is possible to store or transport the sleeper 30 in a horizontal position after being folded. Width 1g1N, the earth retaining width at the branch pipe location, and therefore the length of the 'C-belt beam, are determined by the thickness of the branch pipe and the irregular protrusion of the earth retaining panel at the point corresponding to the normal earth retaining unit. , is not constant, so if half of the length unit of the restoring beam appears,
The belly/raiser beam cut to a length corresponding to half of that length was cut into the 9th piece.
It can be connected using the lifting beam connection pieces 14 and 14' shown in Fig. Since it can be done in the shade, it is safe against earth pressure, and the depth of the sheet pile can be freely determined according to the depth of the branch ore and horizontal 11i pipe, so it can be used in place of conventional cross pipes and branch pipes. The problem of retaining earth will be solved.

(1) Two parallel earth retaining panels facing each other, one end of which is pivotally connected to one of the panels at the pivot joint, and the other end of the other panel is pivotally connected to the other panel at the pivot joint. Provided between a plurality of struts located parallel to each other and between at least one of the struts and the panel, the relative rotational displacement between the strut and the panel is restrained by an elastic force. (2) The earth retaining device is characterized in that it is equipped with an inclination limiting device having a leaf spring to obtain the earth retaining device (2). Claim 1, wherein at least one set of the plurality of leaf springs located symmetrically with respect to the center of rotation of the rotational displacement of the slat is detachably attached to the panel.
