Claims (1)
と、ブレーキ操作機構と応動して該圧力流体発生源から
の圧力流体の流通を切換えるコントロールパルブト、該
コントロールバルフカラの圧力流体の導入により往復作
動する第一アクチュエータと、該第−アクチュエータの
作動を入力し−て作動するマスターシリンダと、該マス
ターシリンダと配管にて接続されたブレーキユニットと
、前記ブレーキ操作機構の作動状態を検出して制動解除
信号を出力する第一検出手段と、前記第一アクチュエー
タの復帰状態を検出して復帰信号を出力する第二検出手
段とを有し、前記制動解除信号および復帰信号が共に入
力された際圧力流体発生源からの作動流体を開放するよ
うにした主ブレーキ装置と、前記圧力流体発生源に配管
にて接続されて作動流体が供給された際往き作動状態と
なる第二アクチュエータと、該第二アクチュエータを帰
り作動状態に付勢する弾性体と、駐車ブレーキレバーに
応動して前記第二アクチュエータの往き作動状態を保持
する拘束手段とを有し、前記駐車ブレーキレバーを制動
位置として前記拘束手段を解除させた際該第ニアクチュ
エータの帰り作動を入力してブレーキユニットを制動作
動する駐車ブレーキ装置とを備え、ブレーキ操作機構が
非作動・状態にあることを検出して制動信号を出力する
第三検出手段と、駐車ブレーキレバーが制動位置にあ゛
ることを検出して制動位置信号を出力する第四検出手段
と、圧力流体発生源からの作動流体を解放する切換弁と
