クセルスイッチと、車速を検知する車速検知手段と、パ
ーキングブレー＋が作動しているか非作動かを検知する
パーキングブレーキスイッチと、パーキングブレーキ系
を、パーキングブレーキレバー（マタはパーキンクツレ
ーキペダル）の作動とは独立して作動させる作動手段と
、上記アクセルスイッチのアクセルペダル非踏込信号、
上記車速検知手段の車速零信号及び上記パーキングブレ
ーキスイッチの非作動信号を受けたときにのみ上記パー
キングブレーキ系を作動させるべく上記作動手段の作動
