出手段と、駐車ブレーキの作動状態を検出するブ
レーキ検出手段と、これら両検出手段の出力に応
じてクラツチを断続作動させるアクチユエータと
を備え、機関の運転及び駐車ブレーキの作動がと
もに検出されたときにのみアクチユエータを介し
てクラツチを切断作動させるようにしたことを特
