Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 16管を備えた管式熱交換器であって、6管の周りに、
    第1の流れ媒体のためのるる巻線状に組合わせ可能な部
    分つる巻線状の邪魔板部分が配置されており、この邪魔
    板に、軸方向−に向いた孔が設けられており、この孔に
    1.第2の流れ媒体を搬送する管束が軸方向に貫通して
    おり、かつ、6管、邪魔板部分及び管束が外套によって
    取囲まれて密閉されている形式のものにおいて、前記6
    管が、部分つる巻線状の前記邪魔板部分と一体に形成さ
    れた部分6管として形成されており、かつ、邪魔板部分
    と部分6管との軸方向の長さが邪魔板部分の完全な1巻
    きのピッチに相応していることを特徴とする管式熱交換
    器。 2 部分6管2がほぼ中空円筒状に構成されていて、そ
    の一方の端部6の内径が内周面の環状のおう所8によっ
    て段状に拡大されていると共に、その他方の端部12の
    外径が外周面の環状のおう所14によって段状に縮少さ
    れている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の管式熱
    交換器。 3 外周面のおう所14の軸方向長さが内周面のおう所
    8の軸方向長さよりも小さく、前者のおう所14の外径
    が後者のおう所8の内径と等しい、実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第゛2項記載の管式4 邪魔板部分4の両端部22
    ・24が部分心管軸線を通る半径方向平面内に延びてお
    り、かつ一方の端部22が部分6管の自由端面を越えて
    突出している、実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の管
    式熱交換器。 5 邪魔板部分4の一方の端部22が部分6管の 。 自由端面を越えて邪魔板部分4の厚さに相応する軸方向
    長さだけ突出している、実用新案登録請求の範囲第4項
    記載の管式熱交換器。 ′6 部分6管2が外面に軸方向に走るリブ26を有し
    ており、これらのリブは邪魔板部分4の孔18・20を
    有′していない範囲を貫通している、実用新案登録請求
