、第２図はＡＧＣ増幅器の具体的な回路を示す図、第３
図はこの考案の二実施例によるＡＧＣ機能を有する光受
信機を示す図、第４図はトランジスタのベース・エミッ
タ間電圧とコレクタ・、エミッタ間抵抗の関係を示す図
である。　−図中１は受光素子、２−は抵抗、＄は増幅
器、４はコンデンサ、５はＡＧＣ増幅器、６は抵抗、７
はコンデンサ、８は直流増幅器、９は増幅度制御電圧入
力端子、”１０は抵抗、１１はトランジスタ、１２は増
幅器、１３は抵抗である。なお、図中、同一あるいは相
当部分には同一符号を付して示しである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光信号婚電気信号に変換する受光素子と、この゛゛受光
    素子により変換された電気信号を一幅する増幅器と、こ
    の増幅器の電気出力をほぼ一定に保つＡＧＣ増幅器とを
    備え、上記受光素子の出カー現われ２光信号の平均値に
    比例した電気信号により上記ＡＧＣ増幅器の増幅度を制
    御するように構成、　　　した光受信機において、上記
    受光素子の出力側に増幅度が異なる複数個の直流増幅器
    を並列に接続−シ、抵抗と複数個の並列トランジスタで
    構成した減衰器および増幅器を直列に接続してＡＧＣ増
    幅−器を構成し、上記トランジスタのベースと上記直流
    増幅器の出力とを抵抗を介して接続したことを特徴とす
    る光受信機。
