Claims (1)
- 混成集積回路基板に回路部品を搭載し、前記基板の側辺
部から前記基板の部品搭載面側にリードを引出した混成
集積回路装置において、前記リードの引出し方向は、前
記部品搭載面に対しほぼ垂直のものと、垂直より外方に
向いたものの２種類の引出し方がなされていることを特
徴とする混成集積回路装置。
