, 2d are welded and fixed to two bead glasses 3 and connected to constitute an electronic lens. In addition, a plurality of leaf springs 4 are attached to the upper part of the cathode ray tube in order to center the entire electron gun and absorb external vibrations by contacting the inner wall of the cathode ray tube. The getter 7 is supported by a getter support 5 and a getter protection spring 6TIc.

When performing assembly work for this purpose, careful attention is required in each work such as supplying, assembling, unloading, and detecting workpieces, and therefore manual work that requires skill is the main activity. For example, the getter support 50 is assembled to the getter 7 by spot welding, and the getter support 5 has a plate width of about 3 mm as shown in FIG.
.. 9mm, board thickness approx. 0.2mm, radius of curvature of 5 bows, approx. 49m
It is made of elastic stainless steel and has a thin arcuate flat plate shape of 1.5 m in diameter, making it difficult to automatically align and feed as it is impossible to secure a reference surface for feeding. This method involves arranging the parts and then feeding them into an automatic assembly machine, which requires a huge amount of man-hours.

The goal is to provide getter support.

例を用いて本発明の詳細な説明する。In order to achieve this purpose, the getter support of the present invention maintains the basic structure of the conventional thin-walled arcuate flat plate, while providing protrusions or cut-outs in arbitrary parts to align and align them. This is the standard for shipping. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail using Examples.

On the tip surface, which will become the getter weld, a cut-out 8m and 8b is provided on the front and back in the plate thickness direction by press molding or the like. This raised part also functions as a lead wire that supplies high voltage of approximately 25 KV during operation of the cathode ray tube, so if the raised part is too large or has a sharp protrusion, high-voltage sparks may occur. There is a danger. For this reason, in this embodiment, the cut and raised portions 8a and 8b have a length of about Imm, and the end surfaces are rounded.

い。Above, we have explained an example in which a cut-and-raised part is provided at the tip of the galley support, which protrudes from the front and back in the thickness direction. Of course, the tip is not limited to the above-mentioned tip, and other shapes of cut and raised or protrusions may also be used. However, it goes without saying that in determining the shape, consideration must be given to the high-pressure spark as described above.
