Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a cleaning composition containing an alkyl glyceryl ether phosphate salt.

In particular, the present invention relates to a detergent composition that is not irritating to the skin or hair and has excellent detergency and foaming power.

Conventionally, household cleaners such as kitchen cleaners and shampoos have alkylbenzene sulfonates as main ingredients,
Alkyl sulfates, alkyl ether sulfates, and the like are used, but these cause considerable eye and skin irritation, and improvements are desired. On the other hand, N-acylglutamic acid and monoglysulfate are used as mild cleaning agents, but N-acylglutamic acid lacks cleaning power and foaming power, and monoglysulfate has an ester bond, so it has a pH of 5. It is stable only in a narrow range of ~6, and decomposes in alkaline conditions, making it difficult to use.

The present inventors have conducted extensive research to improve the drawbacks of conventional detergents, and have found that alkyl glyceryl ether phosphate ester salts have excellent surfactant properties.

The present invention was completed based on the discovery that it has good detergency and foaming power, is free from skin and eye irritation, and gives a moist feel to the skin or hair after use.

The present invention provides a cleaning composition characterized in that it contains a salt of an alkyl glyceryl ether phosphate represented by the following formula:

The alkyl glyceryl ether phosphate represented by the general formula (r) of the present invention is phosphorus oxychloride using an alkyl glyceryl ether or an alkyl glyceryl ether as a starting material.

It can be obtained by phosphorylation using phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus pentoxide, or lower alcohol phosphate as a phosphorylating agent.

Examples of the salt of the alkyl glyceryl ether phosphate of the present invention include alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts, and alkanolamine salts.

Examples include basic amino acid salts.

The alkylglyceryl needle phosphate salt of the present invention can be used alone as a cleaning agent, but in addition to this, other anionic surfactants, soaps, etc. can be used in combination. In particular, by adding it to another anionic surfactant, the irritation of that anionic surfactant can be alleviated. Furthermore, the cleaning agent of the present invention may contain a solvent, a solubilizer, and a fragrance as auxiliary agents depending on the purpose of use.

Emulsifiers and the like can be added as appropriate.

The cleansing composition of the present invention is stable at pI (acidic to alkaline), and a weakly acidic cleansing agent matching the pH of the skin can be made.
