Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
この発明は洗浄剤組成物に係り、その目的は頭髪、身体
を清潔に保つために全身を刺激も少なく、起潅力、洗浄
力を有し、泡切れ良く、洗浄後の全身のヌルヌル感を与
えず、サッパリしhs触を与える洗浄剤組成物を製造す
ることである.
(従来の技術)
洗浄剤組成物はアニオン性界画活性剤、非イオン性界面
活性剤、及び両性界面活性用のうち一種または二、三f
i1類を混合して得られる、これらの組み合せの多くは
、洗浄力、起泡力等に優れているが、洗浄後身体にヌル
ヌル感を残し、日本人の好むサッパリした感触は得られ
ない.
この目的に一番適したものとしては、古くから石けんが
あり、また近年では、モノアルキルリン酸エステルがこ
の用途に適したものとして市販されている.
しかし、前者は脱脂作用が強<pHが9〜10と強アル
カリ性であり、洗浄後皮膚につっぱり感を残す.一方後
者は、石けんと比較して起泡力が弱いという難点がある
.
また最近では、洗浄力及び起泡力を改善する為に両性界
面活性剤を基本とする処方に、アニオン性界面活性剤の
添加、マイルド性を向上させるために、アニオン性界面
活性剤へ両性界面活性剤の併用、洗浄性とリンス効果を
一度に得るために、両性界面活性剤へカチオン性界面活
性剤を加えるといった試みが行われている.また、皮膚
にヌルヌル感を与えない処方として、ラウリルエーテル
硫酸ナトリウムへ石けんを加えるなど種々検討されてい
る.しかし、一つの洗浄剤で、シャンプーリンス効果を
持ち、しかも身体にヌルヌル感を与えないマイルドな洗
浄剤はまだない。日本のバス器具・設備の発達により、
全身に用いることの出来る洗浄剤の要求は大である.本
発明者は、上記事情に鑑み、鋭意研究をかさねた結果、
両性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤及、びボリオキ
シエチレンアルキルエーテルカルボン酸または、そのア
ルカリ塩を特定の範囲に配合することにより、全身に用
いた時、頭髪は、洗浄され、しかもリンスを用いること
なくしなやかな、くし通りの良い毛髪にし、身体にはヌ
ルヌル感を残さない、サッパリとした感触にする洗浄剤
紐成物を見出し本発明に至った.
(発明の解決課題)
本発明の目的は、全身に用いられる、刺激の少ないもの
であり、毛髪へはリンス効果を与え、身体へはヌルヌル
感を残さない洗浄剤組成物である.
(問題点を解決するための手段及びその作用効果)
毛髪のマイルドな洗浄効果及びリンス効果を持たせるた
めには、両性界面活性剤へカチオン性界面活性剤を加え
ることにより得られ易い.しかし、この場合すすぎが悪
く、毛髪がまつわりついて、ウエット時のくし通りは非
常に悪い.また、身体を洗浄する時、満足な起泡力が得
られないばかりか、ヌルヌル感が残り嫌な仕上がりとな
る.
これをカバーするために、これらの系へ種々のア二オン
性界面活性剤の添加を試みたが、いずれもマイルドな、
ヌルヌル感を残さないものが得られず、ポリオキシアル
キルエーテルカルボン酸の添加のみが欠点を解決する原
料であることを見出した.
(発明の構成)
本発明で用いられる両性界面活性剤は、通常の洗浄剤に
用いられる両性界面活性剤の全てを適応することが出来
る.
具体例を挙げるならば、アミノ酸型の他、4級化された
ベタイン型、スルフォベタイン型、スルフォアミノ酸型
などがあり、さらに詳しくあげるならば、2−ウンデシ
ルーN,N,N−(ヒドロキシエチル力ルボキシメチル
)−2−イミダゾリンナトリウム、−2−ココイル−2
−イミダゾリニウムヒド口キシドーl一カルボキシエチ
ルオキシー2−ナトリウム、2−ヘブタデシルーN−カ
ルボキシメチルーN−ヒドロキシエチルイミダゾリウム
ベタイン、ラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン、ヤシ
油脂肪酸アミドブロビルベタイン、N, N−ジメチ
ルーN−アルキルーN一カルボキシメチルアンモニウム
ベタイン、N−ジアルキルアミノアルキレンカルボン酸
、N,N−}リアルキルーN−スルファアルキレンアン

次にポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルカルボン酸及
びその塩であるが、皮膚一次刺激、起泡力、洗浄力、泡
切れ等アルキル基中の炭素数が、6〜l8の整数を示し
、直鎖型、イソ型、飽和、不飽和のいずれても良い。エ
チレンオキサイドの付加モル数は3〜15のモル数を示
す構造の酸型または、ナトリウム、カリウム、アミン塩
等のいずれかの構造で使用される。エチレンオキサイド
の付加モル数が3以下の場合は起泡力が得られず、 1
5以上の場合は、可溶化力が強くなり、マイルド性を失
い、結晶点も高くなる.
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルカルボン酸及びそ
の塩の配合総重量比%は4〜50である.この理由は、
4%以下では、カチオン性界面活性剤により起泡力、洗
浄力が阻害される。また、50%以上では、頭髪へのリ
ンス効果が得られず、目的物を得られない.また、系が
増粘して製造困難となる.
