[This device is configured to be operated by a magnet 14. A main rope 16 is wound around a deflection sheave 15 that is pivotally supported on the sheave 7 and the base 4, and the main rope 16 extends into the hoistway 1, with one end of the main rope 16 attached to the car 17 and the other end attached to the car 17. are each connected to the counterbalance weight ;) 18. When the electric motor 5 is energized, the hoisting machine 3, which is configured as a double series, decelerates (the sheave 7 rotates via the gear 6, and the main rope 16
1, the car 17 and the weight 18 are raised and lowered within the hoistway 1. Further, when necessary, the electric motor 1915 is deenergized and the reduction gear 6 is braked by the operation of the brake device 9. In the above-mentioned hoisting machine 3, the sheave 7, brake device 9, and electric motor 5 are usually arranged on the same side of the reduction gear 6 in order to reduce the size. In addition, the main rope 16
In order to prevent the sheave 7 from coming off, a stopper 19 is installed.
.. 20 are arranged corresponding to the beginning and end of the engagement between the main rope 16 and the groove 7a of the sheave 7, and the stopper 19 has one end fixed to the gear case 6c of the reducer 6 and the other end fixed to the bracket. 1
It is fixed to the bearing stand 8 via 9a, and the retainer 20 is fixed to the gear case 6c via 20a and 20b (both ends of which are brackets).
, are fixed to the bearing stand 8, respectively. On the other hand, the main rope 16 of the elevator is made of wire rope and contains oil, and when the elevator is operated, oil is released from the main rope 16 at the sheave 7 part due to surface pressure with the groove 7a provided on the outer periphery of the sheave 7. It comes to the surface and is blown away by the rotation of the sheave 7. This oil adheres to the brake wheel 10 and the brake shoes 11, reducing the coefficient of friction of these during braking, making the braking by the brake device 9 insufficient, and increasing the landing error of the car 17. Therefore, the applicant of the present invention arranged a partition plate 21 between the brake device 9 and the sheave 7, and
1 is fixed to the gear case 6c of the reduction gear 6 to prevent oil blown off by the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the sheave 7 from adhering to the brake wheel 10 and brake shoes 11. Furthermore, in order to confirm that the brake device 9 is operating reliably, the brake arm 12 is rotated around these support pins 12a, and the brake shoes 11 are separated from the brake wheel 10. It is necessary to check the contact surface, and an appropriate gap is provided between the brake arm 12, the above-mentioned retainer 19, and the partition plate 21. However, in the hoisting machine previously proposed by the applicant, one of the retainers 19 and the partition plate 21 are arranged between the sheave 7 and the brake device 9 adjacent thereto, and the retainer 19 is a reduction gear. 6 is fixed to the gear case 6c and the bearing stand 8, and the partition plate 21
is fixed to the gear case 6c, which causes the following problems. In other words, the length of the reducer 6 is the length of the sheave 7 and the main rope 1.
The sheave 7 and the brake wheel 1 are determined by the size and spacing of the stopper 19, the partition plate 21, and the brake device 9 of 6, and the stopper 19 and the partition plate 21, which are made of simple parts, can also prevent the sheave 7 and the brake wheel 1 from falling off.
The distance between the centers of 0 is very large, 9, this distance, deceleration 8!
6 has a large gear diameter, the reducer 6 not only has a long length but also a large height, and the hoist also has a large size, resulting in high cost. Furthermore, if the installation space for the retainer 19 and the partition plate 21 is to be used as a maintenance space as described above for the brake device 9, the restriction distance of the iAAl1 brake device 9 is narrow, so it is difficult to attach and remove the retainer 19 and the divider plate 21. There is a problem in that it requires a long time and maintenance work on the brake device 9 becomes troublesome. [Summary of the Invention] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems by making the partition plate and retainer disposed between the sheave and the brake device movable to the bearing pedestal. ,
To provide a hoisting machine for an elevator, which is small in size and has a narrow interval between a sheave and a brake device, and yet allows easy maintenance and inspection of the brake device.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 3 to 6 show an embodiment of the present invention. In these figures, the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicate the same or corresponding parts, and 22 is a guide member bolted and fixed to the side of the motor 5 of the bearing stand 8. The guide member 22 has a semicircular shape. A guide groove 22a having a slightly larger cross section is formed, and a bottomed fitting hole 6d is formed in the gear case 6c of the reducer 6, facing the guide groove 22a. One end of the rod-shaped retainer 19 is brought into contact with the bottom of the fitting hole 6d,
One end of one of the retainers is slidably fitted into the fitting hole 6d, the other end of the retainer 19 is slidably engaged with the guide groove 22a, and one of the retainers is slidably fitted into the fitting hole 6d. is arranged parallel to the output shaft 6b of. A positioning pin 23 made of a split pin is removably inserted into the retainer 19 so as to be in contact with the inner surface of the guide member 22 facing the reducer 6. A large diameter head 19b is formed. A partition plate 21 is bolted and fixed to the middle part of the retainer 19, and the retainer 19
are integrally combined with. It should be noted that the configuration of this embodiment other than the "double arrangement" is the same as that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the hoisting machine of the embodiment configured as described above, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, under normal conditions, the retainer 19 and the partition plate 21 integrally connected to the retainer 19 are connected to the brake device and the sheave 7.
Since the retainer 19 is disposed between them, the main rope 16 is prevented from coming off from the groove 7a of the sheave 7 in the event of an earthquake, etc., and the main rope 16 is prevented from coming off due to the rotation of the sheave 7. By blocking oil with the partition plate 21, it is possible to prevent oil from adhering to the brake wheel 10 and brake shoes 11. Also, remove the positioning pin 23 from the stopper 19, and
The retainer 19 is guided and moved outwardly by the guide groove 22a of the bearing base 8, and the retainer 19 and the partition plate 21 are pulled out together to the bearing base 8 as shown in FIG. position it in the area where it is located. By rotating the brake arm 12 of the brake device 9 in the state shown in FIG. 4, the part where the retainer 19 and the partition plate 21 were installed can be used as an inspection space for inspecting the brake shoe 11, etc. 9 maintenance and inspection can be carried out. Also, push the retainer 19 into contact with the bottom of the fitting hole 6d at one end, and attach the positioning pin 2 to the other end of the retainer 19.
3 into the state shown in FIG. 3, each member can be returned to the normal state in which the elevator is operated. FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of this invention. This example is
Fix the mounting plate 25 on the other end of the retainer 9, and
5 is formed with an elongated hole 25a having a long axis parallel to the output shaft of the reducer, and a bolt 26 is inserted into this elongated hole 25a.
6 to the bearing stand 8, tighten the bolt 26 to prevent it from coming off 1
9 and the partition plate 21 are integrally pulled out to the bearing stand 8 part and rotated, and further, the retainer 19 and the partition plate 21 are rotated upward around the bolt 26, so that they do not get in the way. Instead, you can check the brake shoes by rotating the brake arm of the brake device on the steel heavy side. After checking this, return one retainer horizontally, fit it into the fitting hole 6d of the gear case 6C, and tighten the bolt 26.
All you have to do is tighten it. Note that the configuration of this embodiment other than those described above is the same as that shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, and therefore a description thereof will be omitted. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the hoisting rock for an elevator of the present invention includes a partition plate and a retainer between the sheave and the brake device.
Because it is movable to the bearing pedestal, the partition plate prevents oil from the main rope from scattering and adhering to the brake wheels and brake shoes due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the sheave, and also prevents it from coming off during earthquakes. It is possible to reduce the size of the reducer and realize a device that can prevent the main rope from coming off the sheave at a low cost. You can use the space between the brake device and the sheave to carry out maintenance and inspection of the brake device without being obstructed by the
The effect of moving the partition plate is that it can be removed easily and in a short time.
