第１図は従来の溶接ロボットの要部を示す側面図、第２
図はこの考案の一実施例を示す側面図である。 図において、１は前腕、２はロボット本体、３はワイヤ
送給モータ、６は手首部、７はひねり部、８は駆動モー
タ、９は溶接トーチホルダ、１０は溶接トーチ、１１は
溶接ケーブル、１３は第１の溶接ケ・−プル支持装置、
１４は第２の溶接ケーブル支持装置である。なお、図中
同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
図はこの考案の一実施例を示す側面図である。 図において、１は前腕、２はロボット本体、３はワイヤ
送給モータ、６は手首部、７はひねり部、８は駆動モー
タ、９は溶接トーチホルダ、１０は溶接トーチ、１１は
溶接ケーブル、１３は第１の溶接ケ・−プル支持装置、
１４は第２の溶接ケーブル支持装置である。なお、図中
同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
Claims (2)
- （１）ロボット本体に回動自在に取付けられた前腕に装
着されたワイヤ送給モータと、上記前腕の自由端部に手
首部およびひねり部を介して装着された溶接トーチとの
間に溶接ケーブルを張架したものにおいて、少くとも上
記ワイヤ送給装置と、手首部とに・一端を固定しまた弾
性体からなる溶接ケーブル支持装置によって上記溶接ケ
ーブルを変位自在に支持したことを特徴とする溶接ロボ
ット。 - （２） 溶接ケーブル支持装置の弾性体がコイルばね
であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の溶接唱Ｆット。
