Conventional methods for creating complex mosaic patterns by combining various pieces of wood and minato boards include cutting the search boards to predetermined dimensions and pasting them by hand in a pattern on the surface of the board, or creating small flitches in the desired pattern in advance. The method used was to adhere the flitch to form an assembled flitch, then slice it to obtain a wide veneer, and then adhere the wide veneer to a substrate.

On the other hand, the method of creating a composite flitch is a method that greatly improves the workability of the above-mentioned manual attachment method, but there is also a method of not removing small flitches and a method of adhesively bonding small flitches so that no backlash occurs when stripping the probe plate. Because special techniques are required, no matter how complex the mosaic pattern, it was not easy to manufacture. Therefore, the present invention has been completed in order to obtain a decorative material with a high-grade mosaic pattern by a simple method. That is, in the present invention, after pasting the board on the surface of a common substrate so that the wood grain pattern is approximately point-symmetric or line-symmetric, transparent colored ink or transparent colored ink with opaque ink is applied to the required portions of the board. A pattern is printed using colored ink, and then a raised pattern that matches the pattern is formed by screen printing on a desired part of the pattern using colorless or colored transparent or translucent ink. A three-dimensional object characterized by the fact that the base port board is visible through the transparent or semi-transparent ink layer and the pattern made of the transparent colored ink, and the overall appearance looks like a mosaic pattern of board boards made of different wood species and/or different colors. Manufacturing method of decorative board with Minato board rich in sense l
The most distinctive feature of this method is that the wooden board is combined into a relatively simple pattern in which the wood grain pattern is almost point-symmetrical or line-symmetrical, so that the wooden texture of the board is not damaged from the top surface of the board. The pattern is printed using transparent and opaque ink to create an appearance that looks like a complex combination of purple plates of different wood species, and a transparent three-dimensional effect is added to a desired part of the top surface. The purpose of this method is to form a raised layer of ink to produce a luxurious mosaic-like decorative board with a search board that is rich in three-dimensionality and wood texture. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to drawings that serve as embodiments.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing an example of a decorative board manufactured according to the present invention. In the present invention, first, the surface of a commonly used substrate 1 such as an inorganic board such as a wooden board, an asbestos slate board, a calcium silicate board, or a metal board such as an aluminum or iron board has a thickness of 0.2 to 5. Beam plates 2 about the size of the bow are combined and pasted in a monotonous pattern as shown in FIG. 2 (A to K).

The desert board 2 may be obtained by peeling natural wood, or may be an artificial wood grain decorative board with an artificial wood grain pattern, and the species of wood is not particularly limited. Note that the pattern may be formed by combining the porcelain boards by manually pasting the cut porcelain boards 2 onto the surface of the substrate 1, or by an assembly flitch method. Next, transparent colored ink 3 and opaque colored ink 4 are applied to the required parts of the surface of the board 2, which is combined into a monochrome pattern, so as not to impair the wood texture, for example, as shown in Figs. A pattern like the one shown in Fig. 5 is printed.

In other words, even if the attached probe board 2 is a white veneer with an inconspicuous wood grain pattern, it can be colored and printed brownish using the transparent colored ink 3, so that the part 6 can be made of teak veneer. By printing it in a yellow-brown color, the part 7 can be made to look like it was made of zelkova veneer, and by printing it in beige color, the part 8 can be made to look like it was made with a zelkova veneer. This is for the sake of appearance. Furthermore, if you align the direction of the overall printed pattern so that it almost matches the grain pattern of the pasted search board 2 as shown in Figures 3 and 4, you will be able to see that the search boards of different wood species are truly combined into a mosaic. The similar appearance is further emphasized and effective. In addition, regarding the combination of pattern composition and printing ink, opaque colored ink is used for the edges of the pattern and areas that express small area patterns, and transparent colored ink is used as much as possible for other areas to compose the pattern. This brings out the woody feel of the board. The printing method used here is the commonly used gravure offset,
Any method such as lithography, flexo, screen, or transfer may be used to print in multiple colors. As the printing ink, an ink using a highly transparent dye or transparent pigment as a coloring agent, or an ink using a commonly used opaque pigment is used. As a pretreatment step for pattern printing, it is preferable to sand the surface of the board and apply a transparent synthetic resin as a sealer to improve adhesion with printing ink and prevent ink from bleeding. (Not shown) Next, a raised pattern portion 5 that matches the pattern is formed on a desired portion of the printed pattern 3 by screen printing using cool-colored or colored transparent or semi-transparent ink, and then a raised pattern portion 5 that matches the pattern is formed by screen printing. Get a board.

Further, as the case may be, as shown in FIG. 1, a transparent layer 6 of a conventional transparent top coat may be applied to the surface using a conventional coating device and dried or abraded to form a transparent layer 6 for surface protection and cosmetic effect. In screen printing, in addition to the usual flat type, a rotary screen printing machine with an endless screen plate is used, and a screen made of wire mesh or synthetic fibers such as nylon or Tetron is used.

However, as a vehicle for screen printing ink that becomes transparent or semi-transparent when cured, which is an important feature of the present invention, examples include acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin emulsion, epoxy resin, urethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, and ethyl cellulose resin. A water-repellent vehicle is preferred because it does not clog the screen.

When adding extender pigments, use transparent pigments such as silica or zinc stearate, or glass beads,
When using colorants, it is preferable to use ordinary transparent dyes. This raised part needs to be transparent, and even if it is semi-transparent, it needs to be so transparent that at least the printed pattern underneath can be seen through.

In order to further increase the effect of the present invention by increasing the amount of transfer,
For example, it is desirable to have a high solid content with a non-volatile content of 50% or more, and the viscosity is, for example, 30,000 or less, 5 centipoise, or higher depending on the case, and in some cases, by adding an amino resin etc., it becomes slightly thixotropic. give gender.

Furthermore, the ink used in the present invention causes stamen ring when applied, but the extent of this is that the corners of the raised portions are removed, and the viscosity and thixotropy (thixotropy) that cause the pattern to flow outward and become disordered are undesirable. When the ink requires cushioning properties and hardness, other resins are added to modify the resin depending on the purpose. However, in the present invention, there is little risk of pattern incongruity occurring even without the strict physical property adjustment required for conventional screen printing. The screen plate has a mesh size of 30 to 40 and a mesh spacing of 0 to increase the actual amount of ink transfer and improve durability.
.. If the screen is 2 to 0.8, it will not cause ink clogging, the ink will flow properly after printing, and an ink layer with excellent three-dimensional effect will be obtained, and the thickness of the raised pattern 5 after drying will be reduced to 1.
It is preferable to set it to about 00 to 500 French.

In addition to the above, the manufacturing method of the present invention can also be modified by applying ordinary flat colored printing 7 using gravure etc. on the raised layer in synchronization with it, or further applying ordinary transparent colored printing 7 on top of it using gravure etc. When painting with a top coat 6 (FIG. 6 shows this case).

), and with these, it is possible to obtain a decorative material laminated with twisted boards in a mosaic pattern with an even better three-dimensional effect. As described above, the decorative material obtained by the method of the present invention is made by combining search boards in a simple pattern such as a point-symmetric or line-symmetric woodgrain pattern so as not to damage the wood texture of the board. The pattern is printed using transparent and opaque inks, giving it a mosaic-like appearance, as if it were a complex combination of search boards of different tree species.

Furthermore, since a transparent raised layer is formed in the required part of the printed pattern, not only does the screen ink layer itself form a three-dimensional pattern, but the mesh pattern left on the screen ink layer acts as a convex lens. Visually, the colored printed pattern stands out, and it has a crystal luster, so it is possible to obtain a luxurious mosaic-like appearance with a three-dimensional effect and a wood texture that was completely unexpected. became possible.
