Claims (1)
入され、密閉栓にて支持される一対の対向電極のうち一
方の充電側電極を前記外筒に固設し、他方の接地側電極
の内端を有底筒状に形成して前記充電側電極に対し移動
可能に挿入配置し、前記充電側電極内端部には、同端部
に一端を接続し、他端を前記接地側電極筒状部内周面に
対し分離可能に接続される抵抗体と、同抵抗体と充電側
電極内端部の一部を覆い、かつ前記筒状部内端部と前記
充電側電極外周間に所定距離離間して放電間隙を形成す
るように配した絶縁性の筒状のスペーサとを設け、前記
接地側電極の筒状部内底と前記抵抗体との間には同抵抗
体に所定レベルの継続的な漏洩電流が流れる時に抵抗体
の発熱により発火する発火剤を配置すると共に、前記接
地側の保護カバーには前記発火剤の発火により接地側電
極内底部に生じる圧力上昇にて破れるぜい弱部を設けた
