Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）円筒状の金属製真空外囲器の中に、軸方向に、複
    数のコレクタ電極が所要の間隔に配設され、前記コレク
    タ電極で発生した熱が前記金属製真空外囲器から外部に
    輻射で放熱される、輻射冷却形多段コレクタにおいて、
    前記各コレクタ電極と前記金属製真空外囲器とを、コレ
    クタ電極の両面に対向してろう付した複数の扇状の磁器
    製絶縁体を介してろう付により固定したことを特徴とす
    る輻射冷却形多段コレクタ。
  2. （２）前記扇状の磁器製絶縁体の径方向の断面において
    、前記金属製真空外囲器内面にろう付され゛　　る側の
    高さが、前記コレクタ電極に、ろう付される側の高さよ
    り高い、テーパ状になっている、　　ことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の輻射冷却形多
    段コレクタ。
